    Low headroom single girder overhead crane is mainly composed of main girder, end girder, low headroom electric hoist, trolley running mechanism, electrical equipment and other parts.

    Low headroom single girder overhead crane installation case

    The main girder form of the machine is mostly a square box-type structure, and the wheels of the electric hoist traveling trolley can run back and forth on the lower flange plate of the main girder. Single girder electric overhead travelling cranes hoist trolley is walking on the I-beam flange under the main girder. Other parameters are the same as single girder electric overhead travelling cranes.

  • Main Girder

    Main girder is the main bearing part of the crane, its structure is made of U-shaped groove, inclined cover plate, rib plate and I beam steel plate, its upper arc is ((1/1000~1.4/1000)S, when the rated lifting weight and the hoist's self-weight are located in the middle of the span, the degree of camber caused is not lower than the horizontal line, and there is no permanent deformation during normal operation.


    End Girder端梁

    End girder is located at both ends of the main beam, is bolted to the main beam by flange plats. It's box structure, composed of U-shaped groove, lower cover plate, reinforcement plate, and rib plates formed by steel plate rolling or welded steel plates. The end girder has the characteristics of light structure, good rigidity, beautiful appearance and good welding performance.

    Electric Hoist电动升降机

    Electric hoist is to be used on single girder overhead crane, each electric hoist will perform dynamic and static load test, rise and drop pressure tests. The baking paint process is adopted to enhance the adhesion of the paint film and improve the appearance quality. Assembly line ensures product quality.

    Crane Driving Device
    The box and cover of the driving device are cast from HT200 gray iron with good vibration resistance. After aging treatment, they are processed and manufactured on the lathe by special clamps. The gear and gear shaft are forged by 40Cr die forging, and are made by turning, hobbing, tempering and grinding. The hardness of heat treatment is HB235-269.
    Crane Motor起重机马达

    The crane motor adopts ZDY(D) series cone rotor brake motor or soft starter motor. The standard motor insulation class is B and the protection class is IP44. The motor has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, long service life, safety and reliability. Special working conditions can be customized.

    The wheel set is formed by die forging of 45# steel, processed by rough machining, quenching, tempering, and finishing. The heat treatment hardness is HB300~380, and the hardness is not less than HB260 at 15mm depth of hardened layer. The wheel axle is made of 45# steel, which is processed by rough machining, quenching and tempering, and fine machining. The heat treatment hardness is 235~269HB.

    Hook Blocks钩块

    The hook blocks meet the standard GB/T1005.1~5-98, its material is DG20,  safety factor is greater than 5; Hook surface is smooth and has no defects such as cracks, folding, overburning etc.; there are no internal cracks, white spots and other effects that affect the safety. The hook is equipped with an anti-decoupling device to prevent the wire rope from decoupling to ensure the hook safety and reliability during use.

    Electrical Cabinet


    Our standard power supply is three phase, 380V (±10%, the lower limit of peak current is -15%), 50Hz. According to customer requirements, the power supply can be designed as a three-phase electrical control system under 690V and frequency 50-60HZ.

    Control Mode
    Pendant panel, Remote control, Cabin control. The crane can also be equipped with two sets of operating devices, namely: ground + remote control or driver's cab + remote control. However, due to safety issues, the two operating modes can only be switched and cannot be used at the same time. The control circuit voltage is generally AC 36V safe voltage.
    End Stop Bumper

    JHQ-C series polyurethane buffer has super anti-collision ability and good buffering effect. Simple structure, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance.
